A neighbor told me about their alteration services so I took my bridesmaids dress in for alterations. The bottom of the dress was too long. They have a room where you can try on your clothing so they can measure how much fabric to remove. I also noticed a small stain on the dress and asked them to remove that and press the dress. They put a rush on everything since the wedding was happening in 2 1/2 weeks. I picked up the dress a week later but noticed the stain was still there. We've been using Esquire for quite some time. They are convenient to where we live and they do an excellent job with all of our dry cleaning as well as laundering and starching of my husbands shirts. I gave 4 stars because every so often we have to take my husbands pants back to be re-dry cleaned because they arrive smelling like cumin spice or some other kind of odor. Esquire does redo the items at no charge but we are wondering if maybe their dry cleaning solution needs to be changed more often.
