“Dr. Bishop is the most knowledgeable, educated, thorough optometrist I have seen in my 34 years of wearing glasses in contact lenses. He educated me and explain to me why I was having some of the issues I was having and made the transition from regular single vision lenses took progressive, tolerable. It was hard to accept for a minute. When you have somebody that loves what they do and takes the time out to explain to you, it definitely helps. I have gone to LensCrafters pretty much my entire life in some part of Nashville, but as long as he is here at this location, this is where I will have my eye exam yearly from now on. The entire staff was amazing and I’m so sorry that I didn’t get everybody’s name but from the moment I walked in the door with the associates that helps me in front with my glasses , To the ladies that were in the back at the desk at the optometrist office, everyone was great. This is the Way to do retail and they set the bar on customer service. If I could give them more than five stars I would. The whole store is outstanding.“

“Recently switched from seeing an optometrist inside LensCrafters to Ducklo since they're covered by my insurance. I was really pleasantly surprised! The staff was all super nice, check-in was quick and easy, and I was seen by the doctor quickly. I ordered a pair of glasses and it arrived within a week. Will be very happily continuing to go here for my annual appointment even though Dr. Ducklo himself has just retired.“

“Glasses took way longer to get back. I had to call and was told “there was a mess up”. No communication. When I picked them up they were wrong. I asked for a refund and the lady stated “ we do not give refunds.” I never received a receipt that stated this. She said “it will be a quick fix. I’ve been waiting in lobby for 50 min.. this is after being here already over an hour. I would have went back to work but she stayed quick fix. I have never had an experience where I couldn’t get a refund. My lenses were 1k. I asked for my old frames to be used. They put new frames on but then wanted me to pay the difference.The lenses were scratched and my like new frames scratched too.Admended- even though I was refused a refund without signing anything - (nothing is posted on office either )New frames and lenses were ordered since mine were scratched in the process of switching the lenses in my like new frames. 2 weeks later and I have glasses that are right. So even tho it’s been a month process and I was not able to get a refund- I have glasses that fit and the frames are correct. Thank you.“

“I don't think anyone particularly likes going in for their annual eye exam, but the team at Green Hills Eyecare made our appointment as pain-free and pleasant as possible. Using their online portal, I scheduled exams for me and my husband around three weeks in advance. As with any doctor, I recommend double checking with your insurance company before booking to make sure you're covered. The Green Hills Eyecare team also followed up with me over the phone after I booked my appointments to confirm all of my insurance information and medical history. The office is located on the third floor of an easy-to-access medical building, complete with free parking. We arrived and filled out some paperwork, before beginning our exams. Hayley and Dr. Waymire were so friendly and knowledgable, offering helpful explanations to any and all of our questions. Bonus ... for anyone who hates that dreaded prick of air to dilate your eyes, you'll be pleased to know this office does things a little differently! We didn't purchase new frames this time around, but Mike the optician was happy to print out our prescriptions and provide some advice for future purchases. I absolutely recommend Green Hills Eyecare if you're in need of an eye exam - we look forward to returning for our next annual visit!“

“I've been a loyal Warby Parker customer for 5+ years - and the folks at this location are serving the brand well! My husband and I recently stopped in to update our prescriptions and order some new frames - and they had us in and out in 30 minutes. If you've new to Warby Parker, I actually recommend utilizing their "home try-on" service on their website. Certainly you can go into the store and try on as many pairs as you want ... but why would you do that when they'll ship five pairs to your door for you to try for free?? We've always brought outside prescriptions into Warby - but I appreciate the fact that they have an eye doctor on-site. Some vision insurances are accepted ... definitely double check their website or call the store for more details on your specific policy. I'm pretty particular about my frames - and usually just re-order the ones I'm currently using with an updated prescription. While you can do this online too, we've found it's a bit easier to have a team member place your order from the store. We also recently started ordering prescription sunglasses from Warby - what a game changer!“
