“I was running behind for my appointment at the hendersonville location and Dr. Parker had to leave after my appointment to go to another location. I called to let them know I was running behind, and I assumed that my appointment would have to be changed. But Dr. Parker said, no come on in. Even though I was late, Dr. Parker and staff were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Parker has very good energy. This was the best experience I have had with an optometrist. I will definitely be returning.“

“Service, service, service. They helped repair my old glasses with a smile. Installed my old lenses in a new set of frames, and then finally ordered new lenses and frames. All with smiles!My prescription is complicated. They helped with ordering the new lenses. It took a little longer than expected for the new glasses to get here, but they followed up with the label before I called.I could get slightly cheaper glasses at WalMart but couldn't get this kind of service. Hats off to them.“
