The doctor and staff are very nice, personable and professional. I have been going there for a couple of years now and really enjoy my visits. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend their services!

Man, what a great experience with Cindy today. I brought my glasses that I bought from Costco which I hated it because they didn't fit well and they were always slipping. Costco itself couldn't fix it. Cindy took the lenses out of the frame and put it in a new frame of a different size manipulating the frame with heat. So I have now my same lenses but with a different NEW frame that I really like. This saved me a TON of money because I was not forced to get new lenses. She also sat with me and adjusted the frame until I was completely satisfied. This is customer service at it's BEST!!! Pretty Happy here!!!

I don't really understand the bad reviews on here, I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. James Kirkconnell who was very professional, helpful and nice, I went in for a scratch cornea, he provided the needed exam and the medication I need and even helped me get a good discount on it because I don't have insurance, they didn't overcharge me for the visit, it was very fair. The front desk staff was also very helpful and very sweet.
