Dr. S explained our vision exam results and we were fitted with new eyeglasses from a wide selection of frames, all done with a smile. Glad to have made this choice!“

“Glasses took way longer to get back. I had to call and was told “there was a mess up”. No communication. When I picked them up they were wrong. I asked for a refund and the lady stated “ we do not give refunds.” I never received a receipt that stated this. She said “it will be a quick fix. I’ve been waiting in lobby for 50 min.. this is after being here already over an hour. I would have went back to work but she stayed quick fix. I have never had an experience where I couldn’t get a refund. My lenses were 1k. I asked for my old frames to be used. They put new frames on but then wanted me to pay the difference.The lenses were scratched and my like new frames scratched too.Admended- even though I was refused a refund without signing anything - (nothing is posted on office either )New frames and lenses were ordered since mine were scratched in the process of switching the lenses in my like new frames. 2 weeks later and I have glasses that are right. So even tho it’s been a month process and I was not able to get a refund- I have glasses that fit and the frames are correct. Thank you.“

“This is one of the best “Eye Care Group” I ever visited so far!! Place **ambience rating is 6/5**, I am not exaggerating you will feel it for sure !! Well decorated , staff always welcomes you with a smile, provides clear instructions on how/what we need to take care of the eyes. All in all , it’s value for money!! I insisted to give me a computer/blue light glasses but doctors said you don’t need them shows doctors will not put burden on patient pockets unless necessary!!“
“I had a WONDERFUL experience at this LensCrafters location. I normally go to Costco for an exam, glasses, and contacts, but they don’t accept my new insurance. The receptionist suggested LensCrafters and that they take walk-ins. LensCrafters got me right in and I can say I’ve never had a better experience. I had given up on contacts because I couldn’t find any that didn’t feel like I had sand in my eyes after a few hours. Dr. Johnson was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was confident that I would be pleased with a brand he suggested and he was spot on. At the end of the day, I forgot I was even wearing them! Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated not feeling pressured by a sales pitch. I’m so glad to have stumbled upon this gem!“
“This was my first time ever having a contact lense exam. It was fantastic, and I'm so glad I picked this place. Megan was amazing and so patient with me. I had trouble getting the contact lenses on. My eyes are sensitive and don't like to be touched. She walked me through all the different methods. If she wasn't there, I would have never gotten them on. Both Megan and Dr. Newsom are smart and friendly. Thank you so much!“
