It’s a little confusing finding your way in the first time but if you go around the side of the building, you’ll go through a beautiful brick tunnel to get to your location. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater.
