“When my wife and I built our house 14 years ago Clim-A-Temp installed the heating and air conditioning system. We have used them ever since for both regular preventative maintenance and on the few occasions when we needed repair service. We have always been very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of their work. They are also very reasonably priced.This past Saturday morning, on a 90° day, our air conditioner stopped working. I called Clim-A-Temp’s answering service and in less than an hour one of their on-call servicemen arrived at our home. He quickly found the problem, repaired it and had the system working like new again in less than 2 hours after I called their answering service. I consider that excellent service.“

“Dom came over and tackled a heat pump for a swimming pool that has never worked properly per the previous owner of the house. Dom was very transparent that he has never worked on a swimming pool heat pump before but said he would give his effort at fixing the heat pump. He was not only successful in fixing the heat pump for the pool, his pricing was very reasonable.

Dom also came over a on a Sunday to replace a bad capacitor when the AC in my house died.

I very highly recommend using Dom and will have he returning to PM the rest of my HVAC in the house.“

“THANK YOU MEISNER TEAM!! During one of the summer 2023 heat waves, John came out to our house to check our broken 20-year old Trane AC unit. The expectation from our side was a quote from Meisner on a replacement Bryant unit. We knew that ours was old, and 2 other local firms simply recommended replacement with other brands that they carried. Instead of a simple "you need a new one, we'll get you a quote" approach, John took the time to open the unit and inspect it. He found that one of the previous firms left some wires disconnected. Once reconnected, his experience told him that it was our capacitor...which one of the other firms claimed to have tried a new one and said that the issue was something else. John had a capacitor in his truck, replaced ours, and got the unit working on that 90+ degree day. The other larger local firms seemingly did not want to do any repair, but only sell us a new unit. John was exactly the opposite, he got the old unit operating in our time of need, but was not expecting to sell us a new one. At the end of the day, John is skilled, experienced, and honest. That told us that so was Meisner as a company. I explained to John that even though the AC was working again, we still wanted a quote for a full new Bryant furnace and AC unit. In addition, we wanted to do both houses, mine and my wife's mom's down the street, with Meisner. Tommy and Nery did the removal and install at our houses and did a great job. Both were courteous and answered my various questions over the 2 days with knowledge and professionalism. John came by and checked on their progress and answered more of my questions. Definitely very pleased with the Meisner Services team and I fully recommend them. They exceeded our expectations!! And for anyone reading this, the Meisner quotes were on par or slightly better than the other local firms. Thank you John, Nery, and Tommy. Everything is working great!“

“Had a beast of a toilet replacement job due to the existing flange being welded to an ancient drainpipe. These guys were fantastic. They fit me in on a busy schedule. Even though the job was more complicated than they expected and took longer to complete, they didn’t charge more than their original estimate. “Our furnace AND a/c unit both decided to quit working! We got two estimates & decided to go with this company. My fiancé & I are so glad we did. They showed up within the time frame they promised. The two men were very respectful. They mentioned the job might take two days but they ended up finishing all in the one day which was a bonus! They cleaned up after they finished the job, they even brought their own shop vac. The one man showed us the new furnace once it was installed & asked us what temp we wanted the house set at. Said if we need anything to call them anytime. Everything seems to be working great! I just went downstairs to do some laundry & the BEST PART of this experience is that they have fixed the closet doors that hide our furnace/random sink/washer/dryer!!!!! We’ve rented here for a few years now & lots of things about this house weren’t done the right way for lack of better terms. We have these four closet doors two on each side of a support beam, that literally NEVER CLOSED CORRECTLY. Whoever installed them, simply didn’t do it right. One was actually upside down & the other two just never closed flush up alongside each other. I just noticed that these HVAC men went ahead & fixed our doors for us. He didn’t even mention it before he left so we didn't get a chance to thank him/them. So THANK YOU!!!! Thank you for being so professional, respectful & going above & beyond to fix something that has been driving me nuts for years. They were also very patient with our dogs who occasionally started to bark when the technicians would come upstairs with questions which was a big bonus. We’re very impressed by the work that was completed today. Highly recommend.“
