After having a furnace installed with another company five years ago and their service being extremely poor not resolving issues, we were recommended to zongora. My husband and I were amazed at how together this company was. From the excellent communication with Kristine and Jarrett in the office explaining their services and pricing, to hearing our concerns for our furnace, to Nick coming out to fix our issue with parts at the ready, not needing another trip out, everything was above and beyond our expectations. the teck that came today to fix my air and humidifer drain that was old and blocked up he replaced small and old 3/8 plastic line with 3/4 plastic pipe the way it should have been thank you much

First experience with Zongora, from my original phone call to the end of the service, everything went smoothly and professionally. David was very thorough in his work and explanations to me of what he was doing. He did some extras like checking how much fuel was in my oil tank since my gauge was broken. Highly recommend.
