“Fred was at my home within two hours after my call. Water was in my spare bedroom from window cleaners using my outside spicket He almost immediately shut off the water, rug pulled up and wall open to start drying. Remediation was started right away!He replaced the cracked pipe, painted the wall and put carpet back to the way it was originally.He was very pleasant and efficient as he worked. The guys that came were very friendly and polite. “When my wife and I built our house 14 years ago Clim-A-Temp installed the heating and air conditioning system. We have used them ever since for both regular preventative maintenance and on the few occasions when we needed repair service. We have always been very pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and the quality of their work. They are also very reasonably priced.This past Saturday morning, on a 90° day, our air conditioner stopped working. I called Clim-A-Temp’s answering service and in less than an hour one of their on-call servicemen arrived at our home. He quickly found the problem, repaired it and had the system working like new again in less than 2 hours after I called their answering service. I consider that excellent service.“
