Fred was at my home within two hours after my call. Water was in my spare bedroom from window cleaners using my outside spicket He almost immediately shut off the water, rug pulled up and wall open to start drying. Remediation was started right away!He replaced the cracked pipe, painted the wall and put carpet back to the way it was originally.He was very pleasant and efficient as he worked. I met Fred back in 2017 when i lived in an apartment ...there was a mold issue caused by the ac unit in which he came by to check out and took care of very quickly. Fast forward a few years later when I got my own home, I was in need of a handyman and then I remembered about IPS.I gave fred a call to see if he could help me out with some electrical issues i had. I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen....read full review
