The crew was on time, respectful, and careful with the rest of the house. They kept the work areas as clean as possible given the scope, communicated schedule changes early, and walked us through each phase so there were no surprises. “I needed a big remodel project when we moved into our house 3 years ago.
I was having a hard time finding a contractor to help with the remodel. He was referred by another friend and I couldn’t have been luckier.

Bruce a General Contractor, is very experienced in all trades and is well networked and connected with many of them.

On his first visit to our project, he discovered some issues at a corner of the house, including a 2” + sag at one big corner of the house. He was able to do some structural repairs to level the area. This could have been way worse had I proceeded with other work without this repair.

Bruce did all my structural framing and other work including fixing other missed repairs, demo work, shored up floor framing, formed and placed concrete, laid down underlayment, some exterior siding and prep for some of the other trades.

We really appreciated his experience with planning the layout of the remodel as well. While things may look good on paper or plans, it’s common that ideas don’t always work once you start building. He was great at picking those things out and giving suggestions on how to tweak the drawings.

In the end, we couldn’t be happier with how our project turned out.

“We hired Raoul to restore our condominium after a fire and associated water damage rendered it uninhabitable. Raoul and his team worked diligently to not only do the restoration, but to correct old pre-existing deficiencies and non code compliant conditions.

“We worked with The Remodel Group (TRG) on the addition of a primary suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet). The project was about 400 sqft in total and expanded our home from a 2/1 to a 3/2. Our experience with TRG was great! From the initial consultations, to the renderings, to breaking ground the TRG team was clear on next steps and what they needed from us. They were transparent on pricing and talked us through options to fit our budget without pushing us. Once we broke ground it was a whirlwind of activity but it didn't feel overwhelming because TRG was great at communication.
