I had a surprise water heater leak that affected a room, garage, bathroom, hallway, stairs, etc. The PCS team was thorough in talking through their plan, including my feedback, responding to my questions, providing timely updates, very professional, kind and easy to work with. I have already recommended PCS to folks who have a similar issue/need. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience working with the team at Portland Construction Solutions! We had an upstairs hallway toilet leak that caused damage to our bathroom floor and the kitchen below. Our restoration company referred us to PCS for the rebuild. Daniel conducted the initial evaluation and assessment of project needs/costs. He was very responsive to our questions, guided us through the process, and coordinated directly with our insurance. PCC is an excellent business that does quality work. From the initial bid through deconstruction and removal to repair and replacement, the process was perfect. They were on time, communicated well, and set expectations correctly. I had a water disaster in my kitchen that they resolved impeccably. I cannot say enough good things about Jacob and Omar! They were fantastic and a joy to work with. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. My kitchen is now returned to me, more lovely than ever. Thank you!
