I am a renter and needed the deck replaced. The rental company called One Stop Construction as one of the companies to come do a bid. I was incredibly impressed with their honesty and detail in reviewing the deck's condition. They did not look at me as a renter but as someone who wanted a safe deck for her family. They even took the time to do a quick fix on our gate to help us out, for free, because it wasn't closing properly. That "quick fix" allowed us to secure our yard and keep it safe for our puppy.
