“Victor E Design was recommended by a friend based on their awesome experience. We gave them a call and soon after Tony came out and looked at our dreadful backyard. He listened to us and gave us all the options possible. He asked for suggestions on types of plants that we would like incorporated into the design. It was a great process with Joey leading the way. Joey is a great communicator. We had input in every step of the design and install. A fanstastic crew came out and transformed what was a disaster of a back yard into a magical colorful year around garden that we could enjoy. The crew was great. I marvel at how talented they were in preparing and implementing the design. The company provides their own Willy Make It ? porta pottys. We were thrilled with the end product. We now have a beautiful garden. BTW - the retaining wall was there already. They did not install that. We plan on painting that. Also - Joey recommended an irrigation system. Now each plant has it's own dedicated little sprinkler head to direct water directly at the plants roots. Very efficient and very little waste of water. Forgot to mention- The color of the plants continues through November and Decemeber.“

“We had two light tubes installed in the fall. We love them. This winter, we noticed a water leak pooling under the paint in our upper wall, below where the tube light was placed. We instantly thought it had to be a leak graviating from the new installment. Light Benders came out w/in hours of the call, got up on the roof and did a full inspection. Turns out, the leak was coming from the electrical service line that is in between the tube light and the wall. I called to thank them for coming out so quickly and to apologize for having them check their work, which was perfectly installed. I asked if there was a charge for the time they spent looking for a leak and they said, no charge. This company rocks. Super friendly, professional and good pricing. They care about their work and treat their clients right. I know now that if anything were to happen, I can trust them to take care of us. I Can't recommend them enough.“

“I purchased a vanity with slab top from Quality a couple years ago and had a great buying experience. The quality was great and service was superb.That is not the end. I recently had some bent drawer glides from kid use and went back to Quality to see if they sold replacement hardware. While they did not, the guys up front told me that they would look in the warehouse since it was an older model and the glides were not their current version. “When it became time to rid ourselves of the tired and dated 1990’s bathrooms, we did what everyone else did. Went thru Yelp to find a contractor.After endless bids and not one seeming to stand out, a friend told me about Custom NW Remolding and Floors. He had nothing but amazing things to say about Custom NW and what an amazing job they did on his house. I gave them a call and I am glad I did.Brad came out to our house and we walked thru our small hallway and primary bathrooms. We got two quotes and decided to start with the hallway bathroom last year. This year we did the primary bathroom and what an amazing job they did to both.The crew is friendly and hard working. We were kept informed on what was next and they took extra care of our house. They put down paper and/or plastic over floors, stairs and furniture.Tear out is messy and dusty. They cleaned up after tear out and then hauled away everything. No large dumpster outside of our house. When we were nearing the end and the final touches were being placed, (towel bars, handles and knobs on cabinets and the little details) all the boxes everything came in was taken out and disposed by the company.The first pics are the small hallway bath and the latest project we just completed.
