I contacted Big Jim's mainly based on all of the positive, excellent reviews I had read. The reviews were spot on. Big Jim and his crew are great. They were at my house to look at my leaky roof the day after I called them and had the roof fixed the next day. Very courteous, professional, kept me informed every step of the way. Jim and his team are most excellent. They finished a lot of projects previous handymen left mid job. A small project turned into a large project as more dry rot was exposed but Jim was very straightforward and upfront about the cost and stayed within the quote. We will be having them back again. Jim and his colleague exceeded my expectations regarding their professionalism, expertise, and customer service (which is very important to me). They never spoke down to me, maintained excellent attitudes, and were very knowledgeable when assessing the issue with my front door and what the best repair option would be and why. I will be using them in the future if any repair work is out of my depth. :)Service: General door repair
