6:30AM - 7:30PM
29890 Town Center Loop W Suite B, Wilsonville“I've had the pleasure of working with Bret and Megan Hamilton at CCG, and I can confidently say they're the best trainers I've ever had. Their mission to develop personalized plans for each client is a rare feat in the commercial fitness world. If you're looking for an accessible way to improve your physical health, I highly recommend starting your journey at CCG: a life-changing fitness experience!
I have been practicing calisthenics on my own for about two years before I started pursuing professional training here at CCG in September 2024. With amateur knowledge and study/practice on my own time, I felt like I had a good idea of what I was getting into and initially treated this as an opportunity to hold myself accountable for training more often than I was at home.
I can't begin to describe to you what a great decision I made that September. Bret and Megan Hamilton both have greatly positively impacted my fitness and health goals, and have demonstrated to me the importance of having fitness coaching no matter how old or experienced you may be. There is just a certain value of having someone you can trust and rely on to help you achieve your own, individual fitness goals.
CCG's approach to fitness is truly unique. Bret and Megan take the time to understand your unique goals and needs, creating a tailored plan that suits you perfectly. They work around your schedule, adapting to any unexpected injuries or challenges that may arise. You'll receive direct, supportive guidance to help you grow in your exercise proficiency and achieve measurable progress. CCG also documents your progress, giving you a sense of pride and accomplishment as you reach your goals.
CCG's approach to fitness focuses on building a strong foundation, rather than rushing into intense workouts. This slow and steady approach helps you perfect your form, discipline, and balance, setting you up for long-term success. You'll also have access to a list of exercises and equipment, allowing you to work out from home or through Zoom coaching sessions.
As a small business, Bret and Megan have shown continuous improvement over the many years they've been serving Wilsonville. Their dedication to growth applies the same progressive teachings they use in their fitness plans for members, and it's refreshing to see such a positive improvement pattern. CCG takes feedback from their clients seriously and has demonstrated improvement even after decades of business.
What sets CCG apart is their commitment to your success, even after you've completed a session. You'll have access to your personalized fitness plan for as long as you're a member, allowing you to continue progressing at your own pace. Whether you're staying local or moving away, CCG's flexible approach ensures you can continue to reach your fitness goals from anywhere. I've personally benefited from this approach, and I'm confident that you will too. Trust me: I will continue being a client of CCG for years to come, even after I move back down to Salem this year.“
Open 24 today
8502 SW Terwilliger Blvd, Portland“I have belonged to the Portland Anytime Fitness for 2 years. The facility is great (clean, quality equipment). Most important I have always had great experiences with the people -- trainers to managers. They really helped set up a program for me to be successful.“
6AM - 9PM
8230 SW Barbur Blvd, Portland“I met Katie shortly before I had knee surgery to repair tears on my meniscus. It had been about 6 months of regular pain, forcing me to refrain from running, working out, or even so much as doing a full body squat without pain and/or an unsettling click. Katie worked with me to identify the problems I was having and introduced me to a series of progressively more dynamic exercises to build up my mobility and strength to a level beyond where I was before my injury.Besides her mastery of physical therapy (and the fact that Katie is just an awesome person), these three things stood out to me the most:1: Katie uses a collaborative, educational approach to her work with her clients, and she is a fantastic instructor and coach. Moving my body in new ways was sometimes difficult, but her ability to articulate the exercises using auditory and visual cues was super helpful. Seeing something and hearing it in terms I understood made the process more enjoyable, and especially let me see why certain movements hurt, and how to improve upon them. Real-time cues while doing exercises also helped to hone in on the pieces I might be missing, and especially the pieces I was doing well. Both helped tremendously.2: Katie is extremely patient. Again, moving my body in new ways was sometimes difficult, which often left me spinning my wheels as I tried to get the movements right. Not once did she even remotely seem frustrated or impatient as I struggled. Instead, she showed enthusiasm for even the smallest improvements, and celebrated all of my little wins. It made learning and getting stronger a pleasant experience that motivated me each step of the way. Katie’s office is a safe place that fosters improvement in surprising ways.3: Katie is an empathic practitioner who understands your pain, and truly wants you to get better and be your best self. Knowing that she was on my side, seeing her celebrate my little wins, all of it. Katie made my pain feel understood from the first day, and inspired me to have confidence in both my progress and my potential once I was back in action.I highly recommend Katie for anyone who is ready to feel good in their body. She’s a treasure.“
9AM - 7PM
4943 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland“I asked Trent to design a workout program to help me get back to the gym after almost 10 years. He put together something to work on my areas of concern, and met with me over a period of weeks to make sure I knew what to do and to tweak the program. I feel a lot more confident now about going back and my ability to achieve my goals.“
6AM - 6:30PM
9923 SW Arctic Dr, Beaverton“I have been attending Adapt for almost a year and I can't recommend it highly enough. I have been able to return to running pain free and am moving so much better and am getting stronger! Amazing team and so supportive! This is the gym you go to for long term health- their focus is functional movement - if you are looking for a singular goal - like a Kardashian booty - this might not be the place for you. If you are looking for overall strength, mobility and movement for a lifetime - this is the place. There are people who have been going here for 10+ years. Lots of grey hairs and people moving well and strength training long into 60's, 70s and beyond. That inspires me and I want to be moving that well at that age! They also have a great youth athlete program to help fix those imbalances in those younger athletes.“

In classes, she explains the movements in a way that is easy to understand and is more than happy to help explain further when needed. When it comes to massage, she explains how pain manifesting in one area can be related to injury or weakness in other areas. It helps to understand how all the parts of the body work together and she will also offer suggestions of things to do to strengthen areas to help ease pain.“
“I have no words to describe how much Shelly has helped me! I started seeing her postpartum for virtual personal training and then transitioned to energy work sessions (body, emotion, and belief code). In 7 months of working with her, I have learned so much about myself and we continue to dig deep and heal on a weekly basis. I refer to her as my "family healer", as she now works with my husband, daughter, and mom, and has made a profound difference for all of us. Shelly is one of the most compassionate and kind people you will meet. She is incredibly knowledge and always knows how to guide you in the right direction - I couldn't recommend her enough!“
