Great experience subbing here. I've always been impressed by the staff and while working with the clients it's obvious they've received excellent training. Attentive management, great equipment in a pretty, clean space.

I visited Portland for a few days and had the fortunate experience of having 3 private sessions at the studio! An absolute gem of a studio! I loved have the opportunity to work with Jessica and Chantal on the reformer and the gyrotonic. I loved the energy of the studio and the ability to work with amazing, professional instructors like Jessica and Chantal. If I lived in Portland, this studio would be my #1 pick.

I love this place! My boyfriend and I took our first Gyrotonic class with Clara, and we loved it. We also took pilates class with Chantal, and it was fun and informative. Would recommend both!!!

At our Portland location - Kinespirit Circle, our classes max at 3 people, so you get expert and very individual attention! GYROTONIC® is a powerful system of exercise for conditioning, stretching, strength, balance, and flexibility. The spiral and circular-based exercises build muscular strength, promote stability around the joints and enable increased range of motion. Pilates is a non-impact movement system that uses spring-based resistance to efficiently and effectively challenge, strengthen and balance all the systems of our bodies. Pilates and Gyrotonic exercise are suitable for all levels of fitness to enjoy!
