“My AC wasn’t working well and the inside temperature was rising quickly….quite warm to say the least. Lloyd showed up fairly quickly and attempted to fix the problem. The AC unit looked clean, functional and fairly new, however he discovered that the air wasn’t flowing out, tripping the pressure as too high. Hope I explained it well. Anyway, he actually had to remove the outdoor vent cover to clean it as it was packed with dust/dirt. This is something I never thought needed to be cleaned, however now that I know, I will maintain a regime of cleaning it regularly. Lloyd was great to deal with and represented MAK with pride. “When our sump pump failed, we phoned Superior Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber (Ray) to our house that same day. After removing the old pump, Ray quickly and efficiently installed a new sump pump and we can now rest easy knowing that we are prepared for any intense rain in future.
