Our furnace failed on the Family Day weekend. LaFontaine came that day to check it out and replaced it that week. The replacement would have been sooner if it wasn't for the long weekend and suppliers being closed. They were prompt, efficient, professional and extremely nice with every interaction. Ravi, the tech who came to our place was outstanding and Amira kept in contact with me the while time to make sure it all went smoothly and that I was informed. I highly recommend LaFontaine.
