I called many many times to get someone out to my place to resolve the problem because it caused major water damage to the basement walls, flooding floors. They knew what the problem was because they were the people who installed the furnaces, and still refused to even schedule a day to LOOK at the problem. “I have nothing but praise for Jay who came to service and repair our furnace after a Reliance Home Comfort technician told me that my furnace needed to be replaced due to a faulty heat exchanger. The heat exchanger was not the problem but we had a faulty inducer motor.It's nice to see that there are skilled, knowledgeable and honest people who take pride in their craft.“
