Not only did I get a great price, but I also got amazing service!Dino was so knowledgeable, caring and professional throughout the entire process of installing my furnace and air conditioner. When he found out that my insurance was only covering the furnace after my heartbreaking house fire, he wrote a long educated letter that explained why it was important to my health to change the AC. I submitted this letter to my insurance and they ended up covering it as well.When my insurance saw Dino’s completed work, they said that this was one of the best installations they’d ever seen. He had everything neat and tidy, with everything clearly labeled. He took the time to show me how to use all of the safety valves, answered all of my questions and was very good at explaining everything so that I understood.Dino took great pride in his work; so much so, that I hired him to install a bbq and stove gas line as well. With the complexities of a multi unit property I needed a heating solution that can grow with my business and meet all my unique scenarios. I have had two boilers, floor warming, manifolds, heated slab, and radiators installed at my property. In the near future I will be adding pools, hot water tanks, and a cabin; all of which Tristar has already prepped for. They build for your present and future needs. For a previous project Tristar installed a gas forced air system for a 10,000ft2 building that was 150yrs old. They changed our heating from an ancient boiler and installed new duct work and it was a massive job. Owners Tony and Anita have always been wonderful to deal with and their staff are equally pleasant. You’re not going to get a more knowledgeable tradesman than Tony. He will find the solution that is best for your context.
