Very happy with the installation. Terry and Evan made sure the place was as clean as it was when they arrived as they were leaving. They explained how everything works and gave a quick tutorial. Very happy with the installation and to actually have a working furnace again. :)
Another fantastic service call! We’ve been customers for 22 years and we are still treated as amazing as we were on that first call. We had an issue with our gas fireplace and the service has been above and beyond. Brandy advocated for us with the fireplace company to get warranty - from 22 years ago as the issue was a manufacturer defect! Adam and Aaron completed the work efficiently and respected our home. Friendly and made sure everything was great before leaving. I don’t ever look forward to needing to call for service but I’m so happy to have Custom Comfort always there to fix any issues we have. Thank you.
Wow what an exceptional experience with Adam F and Aaron L. Got shaded by another furnace company after my furnace quit...called these guys and from the person who answered the phone to the techs, they got my furnace up and going. They explained everything in detail and made my experience very easy. Price was very reasonable. Would reccomend this company highly.S Kraan
