“When we walked into the office we felt right a home. Firstly, pictures of patients with happy smiling faces cover the wall, which shows that Dr. Snyder treats his patients like family. Dr. Snyder and staff were very personable. They really took out time to get to know us. Dr. Snyder is also very knowledgeable with over 25 years of experience. He gave us tips to help with our two year old son's myopia (he has poor eyesight for his age). The other eye doctor we saw before Dr. Snyder said there was little we could do to help our son and on top of that, that perticular Dr. only treated my son's nearsightedness and not his astigmatism. Needless to say, we were glad to be given hope with Dr. Snyder. We absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for an eye doctor who cares!“

“My second visit here. (Don't really remember last year's visit besides being told I needed glasses which was very overwhelming lol.) I've always had the best vision and never had glasses or anything until last year.. as silly as it sounds, I was nervous and the Dr was superb and I was comfortable in no time! The associate that helped me with new glasses (prescription stayed the same but chose to get tinted) was super helpful and explained the pricing but didn't try to upsell! Even had a pair picked out for me to try out that was similar to the ones I choose last year. Again, this may not seem like much for some people but picking out glasses alone last year was confusing and has my anxiety raised.. this time around everyone was very helpful and would definitely recommend! Overall appointment time was around 30 minutes from start to finish, including trying on a few pairs of glasses! Probably would have been 15-20 if I didn't try the glasses on. Highly recommend Dr. Young“

“I went to the Warby Parker at Kenwood Towne Centre for an exam and to try on frames I had viewed online. The exam was excellent and went well. High tech equipment made it quick and the person doing the exam was easy to work with. When looking for frames, another employee was very helpful in finding the exact frames and sizes I wanted to try on, including providing several that were not on the shelves. I ended up ordering glasses (2). Every person we dealt with was helpful and made it a positive experience.“

“My work changed their insurance provider this year. I've been a Lens Crafters customer. It's all I know. I've been happy with the service but I know there's something better. I passed Eyecare on the Square plenty of times and was curious. Plus it's close to home which makes it convenient. I called and asked if they were accepting patients and my insurance. Thankfully they did. I needed an eye exam and new glasses. I made an appointment in the afternoon on a Friday. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My optometrist was Dr. Jonathan Burt. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. At the end my eyes were healthy but needed an upgrade in my prescription. I opted for the progressive lenses. My insurance was able to cover most but at the end I was very satisfied with my service. It took 7 business days to receive my glasses. I have them now and I am slowly adjusting to the changes. So far so good. But I have 30 days and if it doesn't work, I can bring them back in for any changes I need. I'm glad I found this place and proud to support small businesses. I highly recommend Eyecare on the square. They definitely cater to your needs and make sure you are a happy customer.“
