First time going to Dr. VanDerPloeg and Ivy Hills Eyecare. Great experience. Everyone is very friendly. My eye exam was very educational. Dr. VanDerPloeg took the time to explain what he was seeing on my eye scans. Gave me options for correcting my vision.
Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I picked this place based on the reviews, but I wondered if it was over-hyped - nope, it's really that good! Everyone I interacted with was lovely and knowledgeable and I never felt rushed or pressured. Dr. VanDerPloeg took the time to explain details about my vision that I've never fully understood, in easy-to-understand language. I can't remember the name of the person who helped me pick out frames, but he was awesome! I'm indecisive and picky, but I found a pair I love in a matter of minutes thanks to his help. Highly recommend.
