My work changed their insurance provider this year. I've been a Lens Crafters customer. It's all I know. I've been happy with the service but I know there's something better. I passed Eyecare on the Square plenty of times and was curious. Plus it's close to home which makes it convenient. I called and asked if they were accepting patients and my insurance. Thankfully they did. I needed an eye exam and new glasses. I made an appointment in the afternoon on a Friday. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My optometrist was Dr. Jonathan Burt. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. At the end my eyes were healthy but needed an upgrade in my prescription. I opted for the progressive lenses. My insurance was able to cover most but at the end I was very satisfied with my service. It took 7 business days to receive my glasses. I have them now and I am slowly adjusting to the changes. So far so good. But I have 30 days and if it doesn't work, I can bring them back in for any changes I need. I'm glad I found this place and proud to support small businesses. I highly recommend Eyecare on the square. They definitely cater to your needs and make sure you are a happy customer.

I usually dread a trip to the doctor, but going to Eyecare on the Square was quick, painless, and (dare I say it?) fun! Everyone in the office was so friendly and polite, and I was in and out of my appointment in 30 minutes. Dr. Rose was knowledgeable and personable and she answered every question I had. I am currently based in Michigan, but I plan on coming back to Cincinnati for my annual check up at Eyecare on the Square for as long as I can! It is worth it!

Dr. Cartwright makes having an eye exam a positive experience! Her exams themselves are very thorough from start to finish, which is often hard to find, and I can't forget to mention the awesome equipment she has! Not only does she care about the health of your eyes, but she also has just about the most adorable office I have seen. Her frame selection is great too (obviously high importance on my list, must accesorize!)
