Dr Muroski is a great doctor. He is personable, he listens well and explains procedures and test results thoroughly. Dr Muroski left another practice/eye center this past year and my wife and I sought him out at Clarkson. I puchased a new pair of frames and lenses. The fitting was one of the best I ever had. The customer attitude and service orientation of the entire staff was excellent. Of significant importance is that you can easily reach the office and the doctor directly and not through some complicated electronic answering having to leave call backs. I left the last clinic because of the eroding service and horrible call back delays.
Experience at office was fine, arranging appointment was problematic. The scheduler insisted that I have a referral from my family doctor. My doctor was at a loss as to reason for referral. My doctor staff had to contact the eye doctor to discover that the referral was unnecessary.
Clarkson Eyecare exceeded my expectations in every way possible. From their friendly and knowledgeable staff to their state-of-the-art equipment, the entire experience was top-notch. They truly prioritize patient care and ensure a comfortable and thorough eye care journey.
