The support staff was very kind and thorough in their work. They communicated well and answered all questions with compassion.Dr. Sarah Carl is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She listened very carefully and worked with me to discuss eye health as it relates to a chronic illness I have. Her compassion was evident as she helped prescribe a careful plan for continued eye health. I appreciate the extra time she gave to understand my complex case, and her upbeat and positive attitude is very supportive as I work to maintain my eye health. I will be scheduling with Dr. Carl as long as she is available.

Dr. Sarah Carl has been my optometrist for years. She take care of my eye health but she also takes care of my soul. My annual appointment with her is a family holiday- she's wonderful and I know I am being taken care of!

Dr. Schneider was amazing. Very patient and thorough. I’ve had some issues with my glasses the last couple years and he made sure to answer all my questions. He made me feel heard and understood. Took extra time making sure everything was taken care of.
