She asked a lot of questions that has to do with your well-being and it is a great experience. If you also have questions she is willing to answer. the front desk and receptions are willing to help you to find glasses. I think that I would refer anyone here and it is a very very awesome day. Gagan was exceptional and knew his field. His conversation was so educational and taught me a lot on my frames and lenses to understand my services. He gave me the dates and answered all my concerns. “My work changed their insurance provider this year. I've been a Lens Crafters customer. It's all I know. I've been happy with the service but I know there's something better. I passed Eyecare on the Square plenty of times and was curious. Plus it's close to home which makes it convenient. I called and asked if they were accepting patients and my insurance. Thankfully they did. I needed an eye exam and new glasses. I made an appointment in the afternoon on a Friday. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My optometrist was Dr. Jonathan Burt. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. At the end my eyes were healthy but needed an upgrade in my prescription. I opted for the progressive lenses. My insurance was able to cover most but at the end I was very satisfied with my service. It took 7 business days to receive my glasses. I have them now and I am slowly adjusting to the changes. So far so good. But I have 30 days and if it doesn't work, I can bring them back in for any changes I need. I'm glad I found this place and proud to support small businesses. I highly recommend Eyecare on the square. They definitely cater to your needs and make sure you are a happy customer.“

“I went to the Warby Parker at Kenwood Towne Centre for an exam and to try on frames I had viewed online. The exam was excellent and went well. High tech equipment made it quick and the person doing the exam was easy to work with. When looking for frames, another employee was very helpful in finding the exact frames and sizes I wanted to try on, including providing several that were not on the shelves. I ended up ordering glasses (2). Every person we dealt with was helpful and made it a positive experience.“
