“Had Five Star clean the carpet in the basement. #1 Joel showed up on time (some people don’t) #2 He assessed the work to be done quickly and quoted a fair price. #3 He went right to work and did a beautiful job cleaning the carpet. #4 He packed his equipment up making sure nothing damaged floors or walls.The carpets dried quickly so I know he did an excellent job extracting the cleaning solution. Once dry the carpet felt really good under the feet. He didn’t use heavily scented products and I appreciate that attention to the air quality in my basement.Highly recommend for all your carpet“

“I had an amazing experience with Servpro! One room in my condominium was flooded by a leak in my upstairs neighbor's water heater. It was Easter Sunday, and my neighbor immediately contacted Servpro. The team came very quickly (it seemed like minutes). They removed all the water quickly, which prevented further damage.
