I had an amazing experience with Servpro! One room in my condominium was flooded by a leak in my upstairs neighbor's water heater. It was Easter Sunday, and my neighbor immediately contacted Servpro. The team came very quickly (it seemed like minutes). They removed all the water quickly, which prevented further damage. The team was highly competent and professional in dealing with the situation.Even more impressive was the general site contractor, Patrick (Pat) Brown. He oversaw all the details (insurance, inspections, tradesmen, etc.) and kept me well-informed. For instance, Patrick's exuded professionalism and trustworthiness.
