I will be bringing the rug back to the store next week and I look forward to the cleaning typical of K.A. Menendian.Original:Just picked up my rug after a regular cleaning with deodorizer. When getting it out of my car to unveil it at home, I noticed some dog hair along the edge of the rug while it was still rolled in it’s protective paper. We have dogs, so I thought that it was strange, but maybe somehow during the thorough cleaning and drying process, the dog hair did not come off. I completely understand some hairs being left behind, and continued to unroll the rug. When I unrolled the rug, I noticed many hairs all over the rug and small pieces of fluff all over it also. When I smelled the rug, thinking that after the deodorizer, scrubbing/cleaning and hang drying in a heated chamber it would smell fresh, I was surprised to find that it smells....off now… It smelled just like a rug that needed to be cleaned before. Again, not what I was expecting from a professional rug cleaning. The only option I did not spring for was an enzyme wash.I will call K.A. Menendian tomorrow to discuss and update the review afterwards, as they are closed at the time of this review.“

“I first used Duque Cleaning Services via Groupon. Let me tell you that they are fantastic. Even though I always keep my house organized, they are very thorough and do an amazing job!Because of my initial experience, I’ve hired their services permanently and they clean my home every two weeks. (It used to be on a weekly basis until my finances declined). Hopefully some day again I do look forward to contracting them on a weekly basis. In the meantime, every other week I know that I come home from work to a sparkling house and it’s fresh and smelling lovely.Duque Cleaning are licensed and insured. I trust them and gave them access to my home. They know exactly what needs to be cleaned/or not based on my instructions. The best part about it is that I don’t have to be home ?.Please know that personally I’ve never had any issues and shall continue to use their services. “Update! We had our entire upstairs re-carpeted and I couldn’t be happier with their product. We met with Jack and he helped us select a great carpet that was reasonably priced and they were able to install within two weeks. The installers were very careful with our newly painted trim and we had minimal touch ups. They also completed the work quickly - carpeting 900 sq ft before lunch! Thank you, Jack and team for another awesome experience with your business. We wouldn’t chose anyone else in Columbus. Previous: We had a flooded bedroom in our basement and Rite Rug helped us recover quickly. Salesman recommended a great carpet for a reasonable price. Installed a few days later. Installer was respectful of home and done in under 90 minutes. Left the place better than he found it. We will be replacing upstairs flooring as next home project and plan to price out Rite Rug first given our experience this go round.“
