Luke was extremely professional. He explained the whole carpet cleaning approach and pricing. The carpets snd area rugs look fantastic!! Super impressive service snd communication all around. We are returning costumers to keep our carpets in good shape. The staff has always gone above what is expected and take extra care to clean areas that get more traffic. The price is very reasonable and worth it.

I had my carpet cleaned by AJ and Ames and they did a great job! They were on time and professional. The online scheduling was easy to use. I also knew what the price of the carpet cleaning would be when I scheduled.I will use Dry Step Carpet Care again.
