Had Five Star clean the carpet in the basement. #1 Joel showed up on time (some people don’t) #2 He assessed the work to be done quickly and quoted a fair price. #3 He went right to work and did a beautiful job cleaning the carpet. #4 He packed his equipment up making sure nothing damaged floors or walls.The carpets dried quickly so I know he did an excellent job extracting the cleaning solution. Once dry the carpet felt really good under the feet. He didn’t use heavily scented products and I appreciate that attention to the air quality in my basement.Highly recommend for all your carpet
