The environment was clean, welcoming, and baby-friendly. Everyone was engaging, patient, and so good at making the kids feel comfortable. My baby absolutely loved the music, movement, and interactive play.
I also appreciated how the class encouraged early learning—helping with rhythm, coordination, and social interaction. It was a great way to bond with my child while also meeting other parents. A plus was also the fact you can pay extra to bring someone a great was to bring a grandparent to be involved !
If you’re looking for a fun, educational, and safe music experience for your little one, I highly recommend this place !“

Although I get achy after a session, I have already noticed that I my legs and arm muscles are stronger! I can now carry my 25 lb granddaughter with no problem! Nubreed martial arts is the best place iv ever been to train. I came back after a two years and it seems to have gotten even better if you can belive it. Everyone from the students,to the sifus are super nice and helpful. Everyone their is their to train get in shape and just have a great time. The sifus are amazing the are very knowledgeable about every art in nubreed and always looking to help their students. The teachers are awesome always alot of energy to give a great class. Word to the wise if you are looking for a place to just goof off and think you are going to learn how to just beat people up nubreed is probably not for you. They have rules that you need to follow from the uniform to how your treat the other students its about respect discipline and having a great time learning. So if you toook the time to read this then you should call up set up a trial class and i look forward to working with you cause once you come you will be begging for more.“

When I initially found David, I was hoping to find a trainer who was supportive, insightful and methodical. David is all of these things and I’ve made so much more progress working with him than with anyone else. It still surprises me how many goals David has helped me meet (like pull ups).
I think David is so effective as a trainer because he is impressively observant and excels at optimizing an effective workout strategy for each client while avoiding injuries. I also appreciate that David is very receptive to feedback (solicited or unsolicited) and goes out of his way to make improvements to his studio to best fit the needs of his clients. It’s clear how he genuinely cares about helping his clients.
I’ll stop before I inflate his ego too much but please give David a call and check out Strong by Lee! :)“

I admit it took me a few sessions to get used to his training, but once you see the method to his madness you are hooked :) I have worked out with various trainers throughout the years and when there is 10-15 minutes left in the session, they are usually focused on a cool down with an eye on the clock for the next appointment. Slav has a different approach that allows for his specialized training while going at your own pace. This doesn't mean that he will let you slack off. It's quite the opposite! There have been many days where I would like to wrap it up, but he will have me stay an extra 15-20 minutes to make sure I have completed the full body workout. Also, you can't beat the prices, especially in this neighborhood! I highly recommend Slav and the gym, which has a friendly and lowkey environment.“

I never went to the hospital because of the virus, so it never properly healed. Initially, when I found Ayman, I was looking for a physical therapist to help restore mobility to my ankle. What I experienced far exceeded my expectations. Not only did Ayman help heal my injury, but he also pushed my body to be stronger. I couldn’t be happier – mentally and physically, I feel great.
Ayman is an amazing trainer who considers each client’s individual condition, and the sessions are tailored to you. I’m lucky to have found him. I had never worked with a physical therapist or trainer before, but I know I won’t find anyone better.

Being my first time doing CrossFit he was very informative and patient while working with me on form and precision while doing certain movements to ensure I do not hurt my lower back, which I have issues with. Highly recommend definitely worth the money.“
