When I initially found David, I was hoping to find a trainer who was supportive, insightful and methodical. David is all of these things and I’ve made so much more progress working with him than with anyone else. It still surprises me how many goals David has helped me meet (like pull ups).
I think David is so effective as a trainer because he is impressively observant and excels at optimizing an effective workout strategy for each client while avoiding injuries. I also appreciate that David is very receptive to feedback (solicited or unsolicited) and goes out of his way to make improvements to his studio to best fit the needs of his clients. It’s clear how he genuinely cares about helping his clients.

I get bored easily and need to be challenged. I love weight training and hate cardio. That’s why Brandon introduced boxing to me, which I fell in love with since it covers pretty much everything (strength, technique and self defense).Brandon is wonderful, easy to work with , motivates me , understands my training needs and my goals. He has managed through out the years to keep things interesting and fun.Brandon’s expertise and outlook on fitness and life has helped my physical, emotional and spiritual growth over the years.“

He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. Beyond Obi, you will find a gym filled with amazing men and women, who cheer you on, inspire you, make you laugh, and who push you when you just want to stop. I love this place more than I can ever express.“

I feel very blessed to have this in my life and am so grateful to Mindy, the owner, who is extremely client friendly and does an A+ job of running this business!“

After regular PT stalled, multiple doctors told me I’d likely need surgery to ever regain full strength and relieve my pain. After just a few sessions with Ed, my pain had improved from a 9 down to a 2 (if not better), and my pain and strength only kept improving after that. I never had anything handed to me in this life, when you are down the haters will kick you, but when you are up they stop kicking you because it hurts their legs. Lessons like this can make our kids tougher in the world and this dojo is good for that. We have not signed up yet but strongly considering it in the near future when our finically and money plans become in line.“
