Sara makes morning PT sessions exciting, high energy and always finds a way to kick my butt in 30 minutes! Katie is a great leader for group sessions, and is so personable -- I love our chats before class! I signed up for their "VIP session" (including macro counting and weigh ins), it has been so easy to stay on track with counting macros through the app. Whenever I might be straying, Sarah is always there with a "check-in" reminder to keep me on track with my goals. Overall an amazing gym with such personable, friendly staff who genuinely want to see you reach your goals. 10/10 Recommend!“
“Honestly such a great workout! I was so hesistant at first because I’m not a huge fan of cardio but this workout is so much fun! The coaches are great and motivating. Definitely recommend F45 and this studio! You leave class feeling so great.“

I hated how young and weak I was where I didn’t have stamina for basic things. Over this course, even with once a week training, she’s pushed me, encouraged me, has faith in me but still adjusted to my needs. My stability was garbage and I didn’t feel like I was progressing until she points out where I started to where I am at that moment. She’s very flexible too and understands life happens but we always make sure we get our make ups in as soon as possible, despite our crazy lives. She’s been absolutely amazing this entire journey.“

His training lifted his summer sport participation to a new heights as he trained different muscle groups than the ones used in sports and allowed him quicker recovery in between games, all while doing so under Patrick's guidance and comfortable exercise philosophy. My son was a neophyte to the gym. Patrick quickly acclimated him to the routine of training to allow him to add it as an adjunct to his sports endeavors.“

“The JCC is a clean and family friendly facility, just right for my needs of a winter place to workout. It's convenient, there is plenty of parking and the entry is secure. Members are issued a fob to use to enter the facility. The front desk person almost always greets us. There are plenty of machines, and many treadmills and stationary bikes - seldom out of order. Spray containers of disinfectant and loads of white wash clothes abound for members to wipe down equipment. I feel obliged to note that I was duly unimpressed by the group fitness class I attended. On my first visit, the instructor was curt and unwelcoming, barking at me that I wouldn't like the class, in front of the class. She never met me. Knew nothing about my abilities nor interest. The classmates were kind and told me I'd get "used to her". Ah. No. No. No; wrong on so many levels. Especially when a newbie comes to class, who might be self conscious or introverted or scared to attend an exercise class. People will never forget how you made them feel. (Said Maya Angelou) It is a joy to see people of all ages and abilities using the machines. I've seen elders on the bikes and tweens on the treadmills. Wee ones stroll by from the daycare area to play in their own area apart from the adults. There are large tvs and music is also piped in. It feels like a completely non-judgmental environment, and aside from the group class encounter, it's my kind of place.“

Subsequently learned it wasn the first time. It's a decent value and sfaik the only place in the Falls with a decent sauna and pool, so it's really the only option if you want a full featured gym.“
