I absolutely love this gym -- with a busy work life, finding time to consistently be at the gym has always been challenging. Sara makes morning PT sessions exciting, high energy and always finds a way to kick my butt in 30 minutes! Katie is a great leader for group sessions, and is so personable -- I love our chats before class! I signed up for their "VIP session" (including macro counting and weigh ins), it has been so easy to stay on track with counting macros through the app. Whenever I might be straying, Sarah is always there with a "check-in" reminder to keep me on track with my goals. This is the best place to be for working out! I was never a gym person but the trainers are amazing and so caring and treat you like family. They are fully invested in helping you reach your goals and are always shaking things up to make sure you don’t get stuck in the same routine. The classes are always changing and I love that I have my own little station with everything I need. I cannot recommend this gym more !!!!
I've never been one to workout, I thought it was unbearable to be honest. But I took a chance with studio 14 and now I actually look forward to my training sessions. I know that I'll feel great for the rest of the day. And I'll be completely comfortable there. Small classes, the trainers are compassionate and push you just enough, clean environment, good lighting and music. Definitely changed my perspective on working out.
