    My son, a two-sport athlete, with extensive physicality, tried various commercial gyms, both with me and without me. They never fulfilled his needs and he felt that some of the gyms were at time too overwhelming. With Patrick, he found quiet, exercise focused, individual instruction. My son is hooked. His training lifted his summer sport participation to a new heights as he trained different muscle groups than the ones used in sports and allowed him quicker recovery in between games, all while doing so under Patrick's guidance and comfortable exercise philosophy.     Working with Patrick isn't just about working the big muscles. Focus is placed on foundation, core strength and balance, from which all else is built. Patrick is concerned with the after effects of a workout and adjusts intensity appropriately. The studio is very clean and equipped to bring results. I'm happy to be working with Patrick because I'm seeing and feeling results and I'm inspired to do workouts outside of the studio and keep a healthy lifestyle. I feel that being at Trick9fitness has been very good for me and I'm looking forward to future results.
