“I had a great time at MetaBurn. I found that the coaches meet the individual needs of the clients. You have that one on one personal training and you are definitely pushed to your limits. I know I was! Your skipping the "gym rat" environment. You know....the "I lift things up and put them down" crowd. Positive coaching the entire way through, even when you think you don't have any gas left in your tank. That "can do" attitude really helps. It's definitely positive motivation! It would be great if MetaBurn branched out to HUNTINGTON!!!!!!!“

“EJF is a great gym that when you're there, it's sort of like "Cheers" where everyone knows your name! Very welcoming and CLEAN environment, much better than a lot of other big box gyms that I've belonged to in the past. It's unique because all of their services are a la carte so if you're just into working with your own personal trainer, or you just need a great local gym to stop in and do your own workout routine on your schedule, you can without a problem! Also, I am 100% addicted to the smoothie bar. Their protein smoothies are refreshing after a workout or any time really when you want a cold treat that feels like you're being bad... but you're not!!!“

“I have been going to Terry for almost 3 years now. I am a college soccer player, and I came in with my first torn ACL about 3 months post op frustrated with the speed that my recovery was going. Once I began seeing Terry, I finally felt my knee getting stronger, and saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Terry gives a type of care that is different than any other physical therapists I have been to. His work is hands on when you are with him, and he gives videos and exercises to do on your own that truly work like magic. The training sessions are 30 minutes of a complete body workout and the trainers are excellent. They motivate & encourage you to push yourself, showing you that you can do it . There are plenty of cardio machines - variety and availability, which you can do on your own. But the real difference is the weight & strength training.
