F45 in Plainview is one of the best fitness studios I have ever been to. The studio has so much energy and life that it could brighten anyone's day. Coach Jeremy and Coach Liza are amazing. They are great at helping with modifications and keeping you motivated during the workout (even when you really want to quit). Of all of the fitness studios I have been to, I can honestly say that I had the most fun working out at F45 Training in Plainview. If you're looking for a studio that makes working out fun and safe while also getting your heart rate elevated, I would whole-heartedly recommend you take a trial class at F45 in Plainview.

F45 saved me from my post-pandemic rut. It is truly a place for any BODY, regardless of physical ability. The trainers are so encouraging and helpful. The workouts are challenging but in the best possible way. Members are welcoming and supportive. I love that there aren’t any mirrors and all the thinking and set up is done for you. The community, the trainers, the music, and the progress I am making keep me coming back for more. I miss it when I don’t go. Come join us! You won’t regret it.

I just started F45 after doing CrossFit for many years. I’ve been to 10 classes in the last two weeks. The workouts are fun, adaptable for all skill levels and varied. I really enjoy how each class is different yet work the full body The coaches are so helpful and there are always 2 per class which is unique It allows everyone to get the guidance needed throughout the class The class also seems to fly by and I am always surprised when they end. I definitely recommend for everyone from a beginner to a seasoned fitness lover.
