I was so pleased with their work. The system here is not an easy one to work with, but they stayed late to get the job done, and they came out the next day just to make sure everything was working well. Terrific folks to work with! “Had several estimates for new air conditioning unit and possible furnace. Zenner and Ritter was not the least expensive but Rob assessed our home and was very knowledgeable. He gave us several options to consider, figured out square footage and what size furnace was needed (ours was obviously too small for our house and that is why we freeze all summer!) for new air conditioning. After considering all our estimates and offers, we chose a plan with Zenner because it made the most sense for what was needed. Three weeks later, as we were not in a hurry, they arrived promptly as scheduled, were very pleasant and efficient. In one day we were set to go. We had one minor glitch that was remedied the next day! Definitely recommend Zenner and Ritter! They even sent us the paperwork for rebate with their info already filled in!“

“We were having trouble with our heating system turning on. We called Armor Heating and they gave us an estimate on how soon they thought they could service our home - they got over to our place and diagnosed the issue and were well on their way to fixing it pretty quickly. They had to replace a few parts and part of doing so meant they had to go around to every baseboard and let air out. It was a big job that took a couple hours but they were friendly and respected our home by taking off shoes, etc. we felt the price was spot on. We'd definitely call these guys again.“

Steve explained everything he was going to do without talking over my head and had quick, confident answers for all my questions. Steve showed up on time and did a very clean job! “We've had Isaac's out 3 times. We live on the backside of nowhere, so it can be hard to find someone who will come promptly. All 3 times we've been very happy with the work. We have a tankless water heater/boiler combo and they have fixed it for us. We've also had a pipe burst and a spigot rot off the pipe. After doing a ton of research, and reading reviews of others I found that Jim Collins was local, had a “ma and pa” feel to it, and nobody really had anything negative to say. I now see why.Dave and his crew came out a couple weeks ago just to check out my system. After a few diagnostic steps, it was found the old system was cooked. He tried to resurrect the old system with no luck, but even I knew the old system was on borrowed time. Dave gave a very reasonable quote to replace the Compressor, lines, and Evaporator coils. My Wife and I agreed, it needed to be done.Dave ordered the new system, and offered a few options for a date to get it done.Here’s where the real cool part is - Dave arrived with his crew promptly at 9:30,” the day we arranged, they all worked together like a well oiled machine. The new pad, compressor lines and Evap Coil were installed, tested, (the old units hauled away) and the guys were gone by 11:30.
