“I called for service on my 40 year old boiler late afternoon on a Friday they were going to come out as soon as Monday. Unfortunately I couldn’t make Monday work and I said Friday’s are best for my schedule they were very accommodating and put me first on their schedule for that next Friday. The day of service they were right on time. They went right to diagnosing my issue and figured it out right away. It was honestly an easy solution that I was careless to have missed. Regardless of my stupidity they did not treat me like an idiot and they took the time to answer questions I had about my system. They were very professional and it was a good value. “Called to inquire about a 'loudly banging' hot water tank that was thought to need only a flush. Sam squeezed us in the very next day to replace our old unit, informing us we were close to having our 20 year old tank explode due to the sediment build up. I am super thankful Sam was able to get out here so quickly. He was transparent in the cost, very professional, & meticulously cleaned the area after. Our last call to him was 2 years prior for a furnace repair & fortunately have not had any issues since. Clearly, the job was done right the first time. Same will be our only call going forward.“

“Our family home has a complex boiler system that was having malfunction issues and left our house cold. Joe had left his company’s contact information on the boiler from the prior owner, so we called and he came over the next day to begin triaging the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable with the full inner workings of our system, where other companies were not confident, and were trying to sell us a brand new system installation. Joe was able to pinpoint the problem, fix it and saved us thousands of dollars by not needing to replace the system. He was diligent, thorough, friendly, and persistent to get us the part we needed asap. We highly recommend him!! He brought warmth and hot water back into our lives just as snow was coming. “Heat stopped in the middle of the night. My wife noticed later in the morning so I called A G.Tina answered immediately and was incredibly FANTASTIC. I explained my issue, including my financial issue. Anyhow, she had Brian and his capable apprentice Jake out to my house within hours. Brian would...not. ..QUIT until he resolved my issue. He explained everything and gave me tips on how to deal with my issue. Brian and Jake are true pros. “Logan B did a great job replacing a faulty overflow valve that was on my New Hot Water Tank that T-Mark installed in July 2022. She was pleasant and listened to me and it only took her a 1/2 an hour.2 techs had already been to my home the previous day. I'm not sure exactly why Tech 1 sent Tech 2 wihtout testing anything. All I did was inform the tech that I had high water pressure and therefore, I had a PRV installed in 2018, when I bought the home to protect my home & appliances. The water pressure tested at the proper rate when I checked it, meaning the PRV was working properly.Since I didn't get the valve replaced until day 2, day 1 was a waste of time, and management kindly waived my service fee, The part itself was covered under warranty. The part could have easily been replaced by Tech 1. I was not happy that they were trying to install parts that were not necessary, before just replacing the leaky valve. There was no evidence that my PRV was faulty or that I needed an expansion tank at that point. You can inform me if replacing the faulty valve didn't work, then we may need to address another part, but who is spending money on additional parts until it's proven needed, especially given what I already had installed was fairly new?Thank you for replacing the leaky valve; I have not seen a drop of water since, and that was 10 days ago. The 5 stars are for Logan, I would give 4 stars for the overalll experience with the company.“

“I am reviewing my Peerless boiler, not any company or contractor. I still have the paperwork on my 1978 Peerless boiler installed that year, 43 years ago now (this year 2020). I've been in the house with this boiler for the last 27 years. I can't say enough wonderful things about this old tankard. I've replaced the pump once and the thermocouple twice which are maintenance repairs to be expected. This boiler has given me no problems at all and has been a wonderfully reliable and comfortable heating source for me all these years. The only time it didn't operate is when the electricity went out in the neighborhood cutting off the pump - not exactly the boiler's fault. Boilers used to last 20-30 years as a matter of course. Now HVAC companies tell us that they need to be replaced every 10-15 years and we might get 20 if we're lucky. I'll take my "old boy" any day even if it is less efficient. Given how expensive boilers are to replace a 10-15 year lifetime is unacceptable. I remember when refrigerators lasted 20 years as did washing machines and dishwashers. Keep your old Peerless - they're gems.“
