Logan B did a great job replacing a faulty overflow valve that was on my New Hot Water Tank that T-Mark installed in July 2022. She was pleasant and listened to me and it only took her a 1/2 an hour.2 techs had already been to my home the previous day. I'm not sure exactly why Tech 1 sent Tech 2 wihtout testing anything. All I did was inform the tech that I had high water pressure and therefore, I had a PRV installed in 2018, when I bought the home to protect my home & appliances. I want to thank T- Mark and especially Gary Seitz for his EXCELLENT service! He came to inspect the problem we had with leaking water heater, but ended up to stay and replace it. AND because we own and live in the duplex house, Gary agreed to replace TWO water heaters at that very moment. He also gave us a discount on the second water heater.Gary was super fast and did an AMAZING job to clean up and remove the old water heaters!This is a second time we are using T-Mark for plumbing services and both technicians did excellent job! Another amazing job by T Mark Plumbing! My home required several plumbing repairs and updates and Nick took the time to explain each process and solution throughout the entire project. He was knowledgeable and professional and provided excellent service. He was on time and perfectly cleaned up everything when he completed each task. Updating plumbing in my home is an investment and I trust T-Mark to do the job as their work is always done with expertise and they are cost effective as well! Highly recommend this team!
