I am very pleased with my experience with TPS services. I called and gave my info to a nice lady on the phone about my nonfunctioning furnace. Tim reached out to me the next day and he was able to slot me in quickly to resolve my issue. His crew (Charles and Justin) were out the next day. They replaced my old furnace with an affordable option. They worked quickly and efficiently. They answered any questions or concerns I had. Thank you TPS, we are enjoying the heat in home!
Thank you once again to Tim and his crew. I woke up at 6:30 to water all over my downstairs bathroom and laundry area. My hot water tank broke. By 7am, I was panicking about getting it replaced. I couldn't remember if TPS handled water tanks. They did an amazing job replacing our furnace, central air and fixing the damaged central air from us digging to close to the unit. Getting back to the water tank. By 7:30, I knew it would be fixed today. They were done installing the new tank before 10am. I honestly can't say enough about this company. Their prices are fair and the employees are very professional. I am sure this won't be the last time TPS saves the day for us.
Fast, thorough all, prompt. 10 out 10! Responded After hours, showed up immediately the next morning on a Sunday and on New years Eve!! Price didn’t break the bank n very easy to communicate with. Will 1000% will again!
