“My husband and I had an amazing experience at this optical location. The receptionist was beyond knowledgeable, kind-hearted, respectful and professional. She made me feel like family. She understood the symptoms I had described to her and she helped me and my husband pick out the perfect frames. She was wonderful to my son and had made sure he was entertained and cared for. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well, very polite, kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Julia was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind-hearted. I am picking this location to be my primary Optical clinic.“

“I made an appointment online and they were 45 minutes behind during my 1 hour lunch break. When I mentioned I was waiting too long, I have to say they jumped up to push me through and were extremely apologetic - everyone! Ended up loving my visit. Doctor took his time and I felt it was thorough!! The ladies helping me with picking the glasses were charming and sweet AND helped me make a good decision and out the door. “I couldn’t find anyone to fix my glasses for me because I didn’t purchase them from their store; I called pearl vision, Americas best along with some other big branches (I get my glasses from Zenni online, most stores don’t want to touch them because “the material is cheap and they might break,” they won’t even look at them). Frustrated and about to give up looking, I found this spot, called them up and I was told to come in. The sweetest italian nonno, without hesitation took both pairs, repaired them AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE REPAIR! “I never write reviews, but I am making an exception for this Dr. and his staff. Everyone was so lovely and comforting. The office is SO clean. Dr. Fracassa is warm, welcoming and brilliant. He was able to ease my fears and diagnose my auras with certainty. He not only explained my condition , he showed me images and a short video. He also gave me drops for an irritation/blepharitis and made everything seem so easy. I hope he never retires because I feel so blessed to have found him.“
