I had a great experience at Frames.co when I needed to fill my 3 year old's prescription for his first pair of glasses. Having never worn glasses ourselves, my husband and I needed to be educated on options for frames and lenses, specifically for children. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and they allowed my son to try on a bunch of styles before he picked his favorite pair. They even threw in a free year-long protection warranty as a thank you for being new customers. The glasses were ready in less than a week and my son has been obsessed with them ever since.
