“Staff was absolutely amazing. I don’t remember every name but everyone was great. Very friendly and warm. The actual procedure was just as great. Dr.Jackson informed me every step of the way what would be happening. Everyone says it doesn’t hurt which it doesn’t but it’s still nerve wrecking having anything so close to your eyes and Dr. Jackson along with the nurse eased that anxiety with being informative during the procedure. Like everyone says my only regret is I waited so long.“

“This place is truly the best place to get your new glasses! The service is 5 start all the way. Jeff is truly great and honest man! The price for my glasses were about half the price of my previous glasses I had bought else where. He even fixed the glasses I had wore in that were missing a nose cushion and bent up bad. Also, I had accidentally dropped a diamond pinky ring . I called Jeff to see if it had fell off there. Jeff checked the store up and down and called to tell me it was safe and sound! “I've been to most of the eyeglass shops in Forest Hills and there many. This shop is pretty high end but still offers a solid value. The doctors here are probably the best I've encountered and the exams are so thorough. No rush, no interruptions and very comfortable. Most notable is that both the doctors and sales team are thoughtful. They pay attention and offer the smartest solutions, specifically for you, not simply deferring to the most expensive solutions. I've dealt with Talia and Regina. They are the customer-facing team and have really done right by on few occasions. I've never been inspired to review a business that's practical or in this case, medical. It's usually hotels, restaurants, bars and other "fun" stuff like that. But these folks made quite an impression on me, enough that I felt compelled to write a review.“
