I usually dont write reviews especially for Healthcare professionals as I was brought up in the era if you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all. Franklin Square Eye Care is the exception. Everyone was really, helpful nice and professional. I love that I didn't have to wait to be seen. The staff is pleasant and proficient. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service ! Very welcoming and willing to help as much as they can.. got my prescription added to some frames I needed for a night out.. they were ready the next day!! I couldn't make it on time to pick up the glasses so they offered to leave them with the next door business and I thought that was amazing.. they made it work and helped me so much !! I've had horrible experiences with other local eye care places so this was a fresh breath of air.. Franklin Square eye care will be my go to place going forward!!

Everyone is so nice and professional, they listen to you and make things right, punctual, and make sure to contact you. Very clean and organized, the doctor has wonderful bedside manners and makes you feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable, she helped out my 84 yr. Old mother with an eye problem she had, all I can say is great experience and thank you.
