“Great customer service ! Very welcoming and willing to help as much as they can.. got my prescription added to some frames I needed for a night out.. they were ready the next day!! I couldn't make it on time to pick up the glasses so they offered to leave them with the next door business and I thought that was amazing.. they made it work and helped me so much !! Dr.Jackson informed me every step of the way what would be happening. Everyone says it doesn’t hurt which it doesn’t but it’s still nerve wrecking having anything so close to your eyes and Dr. Jackson along with the nurse eased that anxiety with being informative during the procedure. Like everyone says my only regret is I waited so long.“

The price for my glasses were about half the price of my previous glasses I had bought else where. He even fixed the glasses I had wore in that were missing a nose cushion and bent up bad. Also, I had accidentally dropped a diamond pinky ring . I called Jeff to see if it had fell off there. Jeff checked the store up and down and called to tell me it was safe and sound!
