We want to thank everyone from the ladies at front (Lupe, Maddy, Shazia) and also the technician and the dr who were kind and professional. They really make you feel welcome. I love America’s Best in Elmont, NY. The staff is professional and so courteous. Dr. Salema Mashriqi is excellent. She answered my questions and helped me find a bifocal contact lens that does not dry my eyes! I am very impressed with Dr Mashriqi and the staff, particularly Shazia, Madeline, and Lupe. I love the selection of glasses and the prices!

The staff at the Hempstead location is absolutely amazing. They are all friendly, helpful and very professional. I want to especially acknowledge Tricia at the front counter who is always willing to answer questions and help in anyway and Lupe who had so much patience when I spent forever trying to select frames. She literally waited while I sent pictures of different frames to various people and waited for responses and still could not make up my mind. I swear this process took me at least 2 hours. I thought she might quit on the spot. (Lol). Thank you! Always a great experience.
